1. No Refund or direct exchanges

All sales are finals. We do not offer refunds or direct exchanges once an order is placed and confirmed.

2. Products Credits for Exchange

In special cases (like receiving a damaged or wrong items), we may offer a store credit equal to the product amount, which you can use for your next purchase.

• To use this credits, you'll need to place a new order, and the credit will be  applied to that purchase.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

3. How to Claim Credit

To request  store credit for a damaged or incorrect items:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Share your order ID and clear photos of the item.

• Once approved, we'll issue you a unique credit code valid for your next purchase.

​4. No Cancellations

​

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

5. Delivery Delays 

 

We try our best to dispatch on time, but delivery delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund or credit.
